Our dog-friendly venue 26 & Sunny welcomes you daily from 6:00am to 3:00pm (outdoor seating only).
At no time is your dog to be left unaccompanied in the guest rooms or vehicle. A babysitting service can be arranged upon request (subject to availability).
Guests are responsible for their dog whilst on the balconies and cannot be left alone.
Should damage be caused by your dog to any element of our property, a minimum charge of $500 will be applied to your account. Additional charges apply for any damage to furniture and fixtures.
Dog bowls and bed are to be left in the room upon checkout. These items are available to purchase at the Flavours of Langham boutique, in the lobby, should you wish to take them home.
Please take your dog for regular visits to the bathroom, outside of hotel grounds (which include the pool area, the porte cochere, by the restaurant and bars, by the conference centre etc).
To ensure the comfort of all guests, dogs are not allowed on any furniture located in the lobby or other public areas of the hotel. This includes sofas, chairs, benches, and any other seating or decorative furnishings.
In addition to the standard $200 per night bond to cover incidentals, a further $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card at check-in. This amount is held as a security deposit and will be released on your departure date, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required due to your pet’s stay.
